Our Team

Built by operators who lived the problem

Glid3 Recovery was co-founded by Odera Nweke and Nigel Sydnor, two Division I basketball players who went on to build careers in enterprise software, one on the technical side and one on the revenue side. They met the same problem from both ends of the booth: conferences ask people to stand, walk, and sell for three straight days, and nobody plans for the recovery that performance requires.

Odera Nweke

Co-Founder

Odera comes from the technical side of enterprise software, spending his career in engineering and solutions engineering roles where he designed and deployed systems for Fortune 100 customers.

A former Division I basketball player, he has carried the discipline of daily training, mobility work, and structured recovery into his professional life. He has spent years on trade show floors, standing twelve hour days in booths, running demos, and watching great conversations die because people were physically spent.

Glid3 is his answer to that problem: recovery treated as infrastructure, engineered and operated with the same rigor as the products he used to ship.

Nigel Sydnor, Co-Founder of Glid3 Recovery

Nigel Sydnor

Co-Founder

Nigel is an enterprise sales executive with a track record of closing and growing accounts inside the largest companies in the world, building the kind of relationships that sponsorship budgets are ultimately approved on.

He was also a Division I basketball player, and he understands what separates a team that performs on day three from one that fades. He has worked hundreds of hours in sponsor booths and knows exactly what a Diamond sponsor needs: qualified attention, dwell time, and conversations that go somewhere.

He built Glid3 to give sponsors and organizers an activation that earns that attention honestly, by giving people something their bodies actually need.

Enterprise fluency

Years selling, engineering, and supporting inside Fortune 100 organizations. We know how sponsorship and experience budgets get justified, and we write for that audience.

Athlete standard

Compression, mobility, and strength and conditioning are not perks to us. They are the routine that kept us on the floor, and the reason recovery belongs at work.

Floor experience

We have worked the booths, run the demos, and closed deals on tired legs. Every detail of a Glid3 activation is designed by people who have done the shift.
